Testosteron 250mg enough?

You can definitely make gains on 250 mgs week. They won't be as great as 500 or 1000, but you can make solid gains nonetheless. I would suggest using an oral kicker as the effects are minimal the first few weeks. Katana would make a nice kicker and its not nearly as toxic as other phs or aas orals.

Hey guys!

I want to hear your opinion on running a testosteron e dose of 250mg a week? Im not looking for major spurts in growth, but more for a steady assist in helping me pack on some mass.

Age 23
Height 185cm
Weight 90kg
Bf% 12%

Squat- 190kg
Deadlift 210kg
Benchpress 130kg

Idd think i would be running the cycle: 10-12 weeks?
As for pct im going the OTC way

I'm curious,,,at 23 yrs old have you ever tested your own natural hormone levels?
 
you would be able to make good gains off 250mg but personally i wouldnt bother running a cycle that low. itll give you a boost and better recovery, better protein synthesis etc but honestly dont think its worth shutting myself down for, if you can gain well off that then you can gain naturally just a bit slower. if you were a very muscular guy and wanted to cut then it would be beneficial but if you just wanna make some gains dont bother. for testosterone i would call it a minimum of 350mg and probably of prop. longer ester, 500mg. dont believe in half assed cycles
 
to the guy that wants to up the dose from 300mg 2times a week, you said you dident make the gains you wanted. I would refere to you as stupid if you cannot make gains at an level that is 12times higher then your normal testosteron level... You know it aint the gear that muscles are build off, gosh i hate such people that do higher doses.. It could be a too high SHGB
 
Alin i actually havent! meh.. i know that i should have had done it, but everytime i speak to the doctors about it the come off testing levels such as liver - estrogene ect. if i remember correct! ill check my protocol
 
I know that,i said i was hoping to focus on more protein. Also, I SAID i was making good progress. And by the way i never recommended people do huge doses...... aw screw it, think what you want
 
something like primo you would want to run more than 250mg a week yes.

but with test 250mg a week is ample. if you can't gain on that either your training and diet really really really sucks or your shit is bunk.

healthy adult males product testosterone on our own, so if you aren't gaining without the roids then you need to take a look at your diet and training.. and sadly some guys just have shit genetics.. BUT even with shit genetics you can still enjoy this hobby/lifestyle and still gain some strength and mass.

and for those that´ve done 1G = 1000mg testosteron i will state are idiots, plain idiots. If they think that their amount of testosteron is the reason they dont grow they are simply way tarded! Ow i aint growing, so ill just shoot more.. They dont think about protein amount, calories, carbohydrates, rest and SHGB and so on!

Your body will always try to combat the high testosteron levels, ive seen guys run 250mg and others 1g the guy that used 250mg got way more out of his cycle, his diet was SPOT on and so was his effort in the gym. He had no sides and kept the intire thing

The guy doing 1g ended up with sides, looked like a bloat cow and ugly as hell. He gained around the same as the other guy, key point is that people dont realise that with they new weight gained from either training or cycleing must be adjusted to the new "GO" because your body requires more, shooters dont think about it and think its because that they used an spesific amount and now must use more to grow?
