Yesterday I made it to 112oz.

Don't know what got into me, but I was in the mood for lots of green tea.
96oz of tea and about 75oz of water so far. By the end of the day, I have done pretty good.

i just wanted to brag that i have been getting tons of water this past week. last six days have all been over a gallon. i've been spending a lot of time in the restroom! but i'm keeping up with it this time and hopefully i'll be making less bathroom trips.
P.S. did i mention i haven't had coffee in weeks! yay me!

i haven't been drinking the tea but i have been taking green tea extract capsules. been getting 950mg of extact a day. is that okay?
I've never taken green tea caps, but I know how effective green hot tea is, and good antioxidant. Give it a try. Good for your skin as well.
