I jusrt got my water bottle thingy yesterday, I could only get a liter in... I hope to increase it gradually, I can go full gallon but then I start hating water so need to escalate to it slowly, as I was typing this I decided to convert 1 gallon to liter and OMG we don't go much by gallons here so now that I see how much it is I definetely need to work my way there
my water bottle can hold 2 liters (which in theory is the equivalent of the famous "glasses of water per day") so I'm going to start with that and then aim for the 3.78 liters that are in a gallon
Does the water I intake at the gym count? if so then those are almost 2 more liters I can take ^_^
