Nonseasonal I know, but take a look at the 5x5 plan I've got put together. Never done 5x5 before, but I really want to put on some size and strength before my senior year.
I'll be doing a 5 day split (rest on weekends). Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will be the bigger body parts. Legs, chest, back and shoulders. I'll use the following exercises is this order:
-Squats
-Bench Press
-Deadlift
-Shoulder Press
-Rows
Tuesday and Thursday will be "easy" days so to speak. I'll be hitting, biceps, triceps, and core. Will be using the following exercises:
-Curls
-Skull Crushers
-Saxon Sidebend (2x10)
-Situps to failure (will alternate from rectus abs, to obliques)
I of course plan on doing 5 sets of 5 reps for everything. Wondering how much I should eat too. I'm 6' and 165ish... oviously my goal is to gain size, mass, and strength.
So how's she look? Do you see anyway I could improve it?
