Stir crazy on days off

holy crap, i hate not lifting. ive sat in my house all day just making sure i eat what im supposed to and watching tv, i think im gonna explode. i start my new workout split tommorow which is only 3 days a week, i think on my days off ill go crazy. i need somethin to do!

I'm to the point where a day doesn't go by where I don't do some form of training, whether it be weights, cardio or active-recovery. It is torture if I'm not doing something, especially when weights aren't involved. If it weren't for soccer, I'd be training every day of the week (in some form). Fortunately a game leaves me completely ruined the next day, and since I'm riddled with various injuries I manage to do bugger all :D

off days are when you grow. learn to love them and understand what they mean to your progress.

may i recomend playstation and eating cheese?

Are you guys training hard enough??? Damn I do everything I can to get the soreness down from my workouts and try to recover and grow before the next scheduled one.

I lift 3, maybe 4 times a week tops, as hard as I can. On top of this, I have one soccer match and one or two days of cardio or active recovery. The fact I'm champing at the bit is more a mental, rather than physical thing. Just love it :)

Holy shit, man. thats funny.

well im starting to new split today, with the volume im gonna use, i should be somewhat sore tommorow, even though when i completely burn myself out, i usually dont get sore, i dunno why i dont get sore, but it doesnt really matter to me, soreness isnt the only way to make progress
