Well, you could start with just four sets. This workout will not kill you if you do it every other week at first. You can condition your body slowly untill you are cranking one big squat day per week for a few months then back off and cycle up slowly again. Of course these are all just suggestions geared towards analyzing and discussing your squat work, youll find what works best for you in the gym. But I think you have those lifts in you, you do have to be confident to squat big, theres no bullshit with 101% of your one rep max on your shoulders.

hmmmm.. an intresting suggestion but i don't think i could handle that kind of volume with that much weight. next week i was gana do a high rep light weight day. gana see how many i can force out with 210. After that i might try somthing simular to what you suggested but not so many heavy sets...That would kill me
