For yours I've been hung up on never getting next day soreness.
Even when i've been personally trained heavy,light,pre-exhaust , drop sets etc.- but still no soreness.
The only time I get sore is after having a couple of weeks off, my first workout results in soreness the next day but never to the extent others experience.
Anybody similar, am I just lucky. I really train balls to the wall although I do train alone.
