yea that belly thing is exactly what i wanna get rid of. its gonna take hard work cause i truly eat what ever i want all the time.
yea, i trained for about 3 years and got to about 185 naturally, i started at 155(haha). i was scrawny. my first cycle was just sus250. i gained and then lost the gains. my second was fina/test. same results. i just finished some sus250 and dbol about 2months ago and am holding at 198. i hope to hold that for another month or so and start a new one.
my diet = eat when hungry. alot of meats and chicken, cereal, tv dinners, ice cream. and im serious. the only thing i dont eat is fast food.
but im really motivated to get a nice looking stomach now that summer is coming up. im gonna start training for that.
You've got a good base there Spongebob. Plenty of mass. When you get it chiseled down some you'll look awesome. Start hitting up some cardio bro....that'll help get you there.
