Ok so the RDA is 1500mg, I will never even come close to that. What is a good amount for someone who weight trains 5x a week and cardio 3x? I drink about 1.5g of water a day but Im getting like 4000mg of sodium a day, I supplement with potassium + about 1g of potassium in my PWO shake.
