So I have my diet down pretty good, get 3 solid meals a day with shakes and 1/2 cup of oats in between, but I ahve a problem...night time munchies!
Is there some no carb snacks out there or do I just need to deal with the hunger pain?
I was thinking maybe sugar free Jello or cheese for a before bed snack. What do you guys do in between meals/at night?
