So I have my diet down pretty good, get 3 solid meals a day with shakes and 1/2 cup of oats in between, but I ahve a problem...night time munchies!


Is there some no carb snacks out there or do I just need to deal with the hunger pain?


I was thinking maybe sugar free Jello or cheese for a before bed snack. What do you guys do in between meals/at night?

we dont get hunger pains because we eat enough. your diet is still bad. you need to eat. throw in another shake right before bed. casein protein will digest slower than whey. if you put some fat in the shake it will give your body something to feed off of while you sleep. peanut butter is good for that.

remember this, if you feal hungry it is because your body is feeding off of itself. it is using nutrients that are stored in fat and muscle.

lol i just messing with him now busting his chops a little bit. i know how it is to be a young guy. cant be told shit. you will figure it out jwo just keep trying different shit and log your progress in fine detail eventually you will know your body perfectly.
 
I feel like my diet does lack, but I am afraid to add any more to it. I want nothing more then to be ripped to shreds and you can't get that way eating and eating.


I am going to the grocery store now to pick up some sugar free Jello and string cheese. I hear that string cheese is a good bedtime snack because it has high protein which will keep your muscles from being eaten in your sleep and I believe it has low carbs which will allow your body to feed off of your fat.
