Sudafed nightime pills (2)

11:00pm
Went to a new gym (open 24 hours)...planning on doing legs.....wow this gym blows.....the highest BB they have is 35lbs :worried: left & took the dogs for about 1/2 walk

Ok, so I'm trying to figure something out.............

Started my creatine 4 or 5 days ago.......my weight was 129........than up to 131..........now 134.

It is a different kind this time, but still 100% mono. If you 'poke' my arms (bi's), or legs (quads) it's REALLY squishy.....so it's safe to say I'm holding water.

Should I finsh this bottle (still like 2 months of it left :rolleyes: ).....& order some more, or just try a different kind?

I want to try CEE (can't find it in Can) I think I'm gonna order some tomorrow........should I stop the mono?
 
you may be up a couple of pounds because the creatine will make you retain a little bit of water... most girl that will freak them out.. but that is the point of creatine.. just give it a week or so to settle in your body.. I personally really like creatine because for me it helps with building and repair.. but that is just me...

No, never bloated before, maybe it's a combo of stress etc....oh well, I feel better when I take creatine...

AF for Canada??? You just made my day ;)

I know I got a link from you before, but that's US......if it's the organic place in Can, they don't have CEE :worried:

Anyone have the link for AF in Can?
