Protein shake, 1 cup skim, 1/4 cup berries, 2.5G, 2.5C, multi

3:00pm
1 can tuna, spinach salad mix, lite dressing, 1/2 piece multi grain bread, fish oil

6:00pm
1.5 oz nuts

9:30pm
Abs: bikes & siss - 1min each, 45sec rest (3sets)
a bit od core training


11:00pm
4oz turkey, 1/4 cup squash, 1/2 small potato, 2.5G, fish oil

20min warm up
20min HIIT on tread


10:00am - R-ala

11:00am
Protein shake, 1 cup skim, 1/4 cup blueberries, 2.5C, 2.5G, multi

2:00pm

Since you will be kicking some serious a$$... I would recommend postin' up them stats...

I just took them in the bathroom @ work...lol. Hope they are somewhat accurate (I had to rush)

1 can tuna, 1 cup broccoli (spinach looked a bit wilted), 2 tbsp salsa, large green tea
