Now I'm hearing people talk about adding a protein shake with either flax or milk (or sometimes just a shake) with EVERY meal.....so, it would be your beverage when you ate breakfast and lunch and dinner...but, obviously not on top of meals that were just shakes (MRP)....anyone do this? I have one MRP mid-morning, one shake after training and one before bed. When I said I was going to add another MRP before training, I got flamed for "too many shakes"........what do you think? Anyone have a shake before AND after training??????
