Shake Ideas

hmmm...i like the idea of throwing some extract into your shake. i'd assume that with that small an amount, its not really adding any additional calories/carbs/sugar to your shakes, correct?

Thanks so much everyone for your creativity! I'll look forward to grocery shopping this week.
While I'm here, I might as well give you an idea of what I'm even doing here. I"m 5'2", would like to lose about 20 lbs and need some inspiration/motivation. I'm not looking to bulk up or compete or anything, I just want to be firm and healthy. We5happy is doing awesome on her program....I see her daily, so I know ;) That is inspirational for sure!

Yeah sure...

My "program" isn't really a program at all. Well...I guess you could call it that. I don't know. :rolleyes:

I took on your back-up copy and paste split with a little variation (which I posted somewhere Ill have to check). My diet...well I'm basically doing a lot of carb cutting...I posted a day in the life of my diet (which was basically torn apart) on my new to everything thread. With the exception of the stationary bike 15 mins 5 days a week before breakfast that is it.

Plus the advice I have been taking here and there. Like the actual workout and post workout whey shake w/ dex and a lot of stuff from the diet site as well. I don't really have a program like I said I'm just trying to eat clean... low on carbs and sugar and lifting 4 nights a week, cardio 5 days. Glad to hear you seem a little interested. :)

Keep it simple you dont want a protein shake to turn into a CARB shake unless you are bulking…add 1 tbsp of sugar free/fat free jello pudding (various flavors)..8gms carbs to your whey shake.
