I have to have a cavity filled tomorrow morning 9 am..... So, since I'll be out in the car, I might drive to the gym afterwards, provided I'm not in a lot of pain or groggy.....
Question: Should I have a carb/protein meal (ie shake made with skim milk) before I leave the house?? Or a "real" meal, ie eggs, etc then take a shake with me to the gym??
