Pretty good session today. Deadlifts were speedy. Went back and looked at video and 5th rep was as fast as the 1st rep of each set. 1.5 sec bottom to top. Hoping to be at 500 by months end on 5x5, 545 by April 1st and 585 for 5x5 sometime in early June towards end of cycle. Might just have to add Anavar the final 4 weeks of the cycle to see if I can hit those numbers as long as the shoulder is healthy. If I can hit 585 for a 5x5 I am well on the road to a world record deadlift for my age group and weight class.

This NPP I am taking is absolutely frigging amazing. I can't believe how good my shoulder feels since starting it last Monday. Only taking 100mg 3x week. With hands down it is my favorite steroid now. It has a purpose.

No I gave up fasting and I will only do it probably a couple times per year now. No reason to fast when I am on ozempic. I mean I do fast somewhat each day I train I go 16 hours of fasting before my first meal after lifting. Basically the 16/8.

I like doing the rear switch machine one arm at a time I can really squeeze and contract the muscle, rows are some of my favorite as well. Great work brother 💪

Results of 11 weeks of Semaglutide.
Start Day Nov 27th 272.5lbs 202.5 Lean lbs
End Day Feb 19th 241.5 187.1 lean lbs
My visceral fat has gone from 22lbs to 17lbs.
31 lbs lost. about half and half fat and muscle, but that will be off as alot of it glycogen depletion/water loss. I expect lean mass to jump relatively quickly while my body gets rid of the semaglutide over the next week and muscle glycogen starts filling up. I am surprised at how my strength has gone up so well while losing all this weight. All in all I am a firm believer in using Semaglutide and will continue to use it for rapid fat loss. Will be taking 8 weeks off from it and then going back onto a tiny .25mg does per week and up to as high as .5mg before stoping it after 8 weeks. I think 8 weeks is the sweet spot for time of use for my goals.

Since Ive started this log in July I have lost a total of about 53 lbs. Have lost a total of 31 lbs in the last 11 weeks since taking semaglutide. I would say its been a great success so far. Still a long way to go in my transformation. Been dieting since March of last year. Today I am starting a muscle building program to put back on all muscle lost over the last few months. Will target protein at 400 grams per day. Stopped taking Semaglutide for the next 12 weeks. Started taking IGF-1 LR3 today. Will take only after lifting sessions. Aprox 3-4 days per week. Will do 4 weeks on 2 weeks off. 2 cycles through. Lowered GH down to 3IU 5/2. Let the gains begin!!!

The thing that confuses me is if IGF-1 LR3 needs localized injection or not. Seeing multiple theories on this. Some say it will give better results if you target specific weak bodyparts while others say since the half life is so long it doesnt matter. Anyone with experience using the LR3 version of this?

Key with Sema, for me, is what happens when you stop it.
I will gain weight which is my goal since I am lean bulking over the next couple months. Should be a good one. Time to put on all lost muscle and then some. Thats why we cycle cutting and bulking. Its a good thing I have a tracker and scale that tracks BF levels. Will be cool to see how fast it comes back on and the best thing is I can change cals and cardio to how things are going. Its fairly obvious I will put weight back on. Just need to make sure its the right kind of weight. Adding IGF-1 LR3 to my HGH/ Steroid stack will do wonders. I am already seeing results and its only been a couple days. Legs haven't been trained in over a week and they are already starting to fill out muscle bellies. I should be 260 in no time with little to no fat gain.

Ive gone from a 1500 cal per day diet to 2500 cal day diet now. Increased protein from 200+ to near 400 grams yesterday. Will continue on the high protein for a few weeks. 380 grams of protein yesterday is about my limit as the amount of gas I had yesterday was way too much. Felt a little uncomfortable. Will probably settle at 300-325.

Another major factor in the type of gain will be how I structure my workouts. I feel that with my style of training I can gain all muscle with little to no fat gain. I am also increasing my volume a little bit while going a little lighter on isolation movements. Since I am adding deadlifts back and squats I will continue on the 5x5 with those two lifts. The other stuff I do after will be more volume oriented to fatigue the muscle and get a good pump while not getting injured. My plan is to completely exhaust the muscle after each workout so that the IGF-1 LR3 has a good chance to work best targeting the micro tears in the damaged muscle. Should be a good muscle building environment.

I also feel that the timing of my GH and IGF-1 LR3 shots is going to be critical. This is why I have chosen to take my 3IU GH 1 hour before training at 8:30 AM. I will take my IGF-1 LR3 after I get home from the gym at 12 PM and then start my 6-9 hour feeding window. I feel that every single cal I injest will be utilized most effectively for muscle building and repair with this regime.

Just need to stay injury free. That is the only thing holding me back. So far so good.

So far I have been checking my blood sugars at least 5 times per day and blood sugar is under control so I know I am not having any spillover into fat storage. In fact I feel hot all the time and seems as though my metabolism is in higher gear now.

I’m not that sick. My temp is fine. I have a plugged up sinuses. I passed on deadlifts today though. I will be fine.

As the weights go up cut one movement out (do it in another session)
I am doing the opposite. I am adding in volume for hypertrophy. Taking IGF-1LR3 and doubled my protein and carb intake. Already filling out nicely after 5 days. If a mod wants to Re Title my thread I am not cutting but recomping.
