Ok so here it goes. Goal is to get down below 10% and be at 250lbs. Was 293 lbs July 11th so a 40lb loss in 6 months. Will be continuing to cut for the next 8 months and then do a bulk starting in the late fall. Ideally getting down to 220 before starting the bulk I should be well below 10%. Might be difficult as my body responds to steroids as if I am a first timer. Basically used alot in the 90's and then stopped for 25 years. Only training 6 months per year as I was a commercial fisherman my entire life. Also went through periods of about 2-3 years without even touching a weight. Body never really lost much muscle during the last 20 years. Heavy work load on the boat and heavy weights in the gym must have been a good thing for keeping muscle over the years. Anyway started my first cycle in over 20 years in July with TRT 200mg Test. A couple months later added in some Masteron, NPP, EQ and tried anavar and tbol a few weeks of each. Also started using 2IU GH daily since Sept. Will stay on GH as long as I can handle it. Currently on 150mg Test, 2IU GH, and .5mg Semaglutide per week. Starting in 10 days I start this cycle:

300mg Test Cyp/week
300mg EQ/week
200mg Masteron/week
1mg Semaglutide/week
3IU GH/day
10mg LGD4033/Day
10mg S23/day

Will run the Sarms for 8 weeks and then switch it out for 50mg Anavar/day for 8 weeks

My training is heavy. I grew up with Dorian as my idol. Met him and Lee Haney at the Mr.O in Orlando in the early 90's. Will be training 3-4 days per week. Eating aprox 2000 cal per day on lifting days and 1500 cals on non lifting days. 200 grams protein per day on all days is the goal. I dont believe in high protein. I think it causes more problems than it helps. Might go as high as 250 grams per day if I feel the semaglutide is eating away too much muscle.

Not bad considering got less than 4 hours sleep. Also been out of the gym for 9 days. Taking it easy. Cycle starts in 10 days with increased Semaglutide to a therapeutic dose finally. With that in play I have to increase the androgen load. Looking forward to seeing how the strength goes up on 800mg of injectables per week vs 150mg TRT. I am expecting strength gains through the roof. Also using my back massager daily. Its amazing. Using the massage gun as well. Best thing Ive done in years was to get those two items. Its a game changer. Shoulder is doing extremely well since using them both. Just to give you folks an idea of my amount of sets done today. Did 4 sets of warmup on the first exercise and the rest in my log is every set. No wasting time or sets. Legs are fried.

As long as I can stay relatively injury free over the next couple years I think I can go a long way. Don't know if I want to go on stage for bodybuilding or platform for powerlifting. I guess I can try out both.

Food was a little more than normal today as I went out to dinner with my father but not too much. Still way under maintenance.

Meal 1) 1 cup Catalina Crunch, Fairlife protein Drink, 2 cups 1% lactose free milk, 2 scoops casein
Meal 2) 3 Lamb chops, Greek salad, 1/2
Cup greek rice, 4oz pita bread, 2 oz Tziki sauce
Meal 3) 3 tacos, 3oz New York steak, 1/2 Greek salad, 20 grams Collagen

I figure it was 2000 cals. Fitbit says I burned 3400 cals for the day which seems about right.

Today I woke up with the worst pain in chest and neck. Hurts like hell to bend over and put on shoes. Felt horrible. I have my yearly physical tomorrow morning so if there is anything wrong we will find out. Decided to cut back on the SLDL. RPE of around 7. Could probably do 500 for sets of 8-10 but the pressure build up in my chest scared me enough to not push myself.

.5mg Semaglutide/week
 
Food was a little more than normal today as I went out to dinner with my father but not too much. Still way under maintenance.

what is the pain from? thats not good as i see you on hgh should be recovered

I am pretty sure its just strain from lifting. I forgot I had an intense push workout just a few days ago. Its fine now. Pain is completely gone..

Thats all I needed as I am not trying to gain muscle. I don't believe in volume training. I am only trying to hold onto what I have in this cut. I have been cutting in a massive cal deficit since July. If I went more sets I would be overtraining and most likely injure myself or lose muscle at a faster rate. I go high intensity Dorian Yates style. My body is thrashed today. Every set I did was to failure. Did forced reps and partials on half the sets in my workout. The only lifts I didn't do forced reps or partials was Shrugs and Pulldowns.

@RoidRage69 I checked your evo log, I'm concerned to failure will cause you more injury? I would slow down a little and volume up, you have the base for it but you need more muscle movement for fat loss, intra-muscular fat is a real thing.

I am losing fat like crazy. I am actually healing faster by doing less volume. My shoulder is around 90% right now. About 2 months ago it was at 70%. I know how my body responds. I am getting stronger every week while shedding around 20lbs in the last 8 weeks. I have lost a ton of visceral fat. You have nothing to fear with my training style. I dont go to failure every week. In fact I only do it every so often. I did it this week because my body had 10 days of rest from the gym. If you want to be concerned you should be concerned with the majority of people posting logs that are overtraining with volume. I am the last one you should be concerned with.

I am losing fat like crazy. I am actually healing faster by doing less volume. My shoulder is around 90% right now. About 2 months ago it was at 70%. I know how my body responds. I am getting stronger every week while shedding around 20lbs in the last 8 weeks. I have lost a ton of visceral fat. You have nothing to fear with my training style. I dont go to failure every week. In fact I only do it every so often. I did it this week because my body had 10 days of rest from the gym. If you want to be concerned you should be concerned with the majority of people posting logs that are overtraining with volume. I am the last one you should be concerned with.

I want to be strong as I want to have the option to enter a powerlifting meet and crush it. I want to deadlift and squat 700+ after I turn 55 late next year. Actually more like 2 years I want to attempt it. I am not going to get there doing volume . I also believe in Dorian Yates style training. Short and sweet. I believe too many people focus on volume when they should be focusing on intensity.

Started 10mg S-23 and 10mg LGD-4033 pre-workout. Strength is through the roof. Did almost twice as many reps on my hack squats per set today and 25% more reps on my top set on the cybex squat press. Got 3 hours of sleep last night. Still getting good deep sleep though which is good.

Lmao you know man it happened that way for me as well, not even because I wanted that, I could do it with ease so I just did it lol self control on cycle in the gym is not easy lol

It’s a machine dip. The entire stack is 279 pounds which I have been doing for about 6 weeks now.

Just trying it out. I think I am the type that can gain on pretty much anything. I can look at a pizza and bottle of test and grow. LOL.
Roid our cycle is damn near identical, except I have primo instead of mast
I eventually will try out primo as an anti estrogen maybe. I like the way masteron makes me feel so I get the best of both worlds. Incredible bedroom benefits and anti estrogen. Its definitely a lot stronger than Primo that's for sure and much cheaper. I get incredibly aggressive in the gym which is what I am looking for. My heavy training needs the extra push in order to continue to build size while in a massive cal deficit. The only downside I get from it is cramping in my traps. Need to up the magnesium to near diarrhea levels to help it. At least that is what my doctor told me a long time ago. Seems to work though. Heck I am already constipated anyway from the semaglutide so it will be a benefit.

Thinking about stoping the sarms altogether and bumping my masteron to the same mg amount as my test and eq. 300mg of each. Think it would be less stress on my body and get better results. The extra 100mg of mast should also help with A.I. since I don't use any as I believe they hinder gains.

Thinking about stoping the sarms altogether and bumping my masteron to the same mg amount as my test and eq. 300mg of each. Think it would be less stress on my body and get better results. The extra 100mg of mast should also help with A.I. since I don't use any as I believe they hinder gains.

I guess I can lower the dose and just go 200mg of all three compounds and see how it goes. Decided I won’t use any orals either. If I did decide to use tamoxifen how low a dose would I be able to start with?
 
Going to add 10mg tamoxifen to the cycle. Will go in and get labs done next week and test for my Test, IGF-1, and E2 levels to see how the cycle is responding. Going to stay at 200mg of each for Test, Mast, and EQ for now. Can always bump up dosages later if need be. I think less is more in my goals. Will be much less stress on my system with fewer sides. Will also start adding Cardarine and Ostarine to cycle starting today. Will not take Tbol or Anavar for now. If I felt great half way through the cycle I suppose I could add one of those.

I am going to try out 300mg of each and 10mg tamoxifen. I think that ratio with the tamoxifen should keep E2 around 50 or better. Will use cardarine for 12 weeks. I dont think I will need it after 3 months of this massive cut. I expect 10 lbs of fat per month to go away. Making sure I keep cardio up. Increasing the semaglutide dose makes it difficult to eat more than 3 meals per day. Average about 500 cals per meal. Yesterday I ate less than 1500 cals. About 150 grams of protein and 100 grams of carbs. Clean food will be key I believe for estrogen control as well. As long as I am working out hard in the gym and eating whole foods with lots of fish oil and no sugar my body will be in zen.

I have a bunch laying around and figured 10mg wouldnt do much harm to get estrogen down a small amount. You think I should just drop it and see how I respond? You think the masteron will have enough control?

I don’t have that much. 😂 Going to start with 25mg and have bloodwork done in about 10’days and test E2, Test, and IGF-1.
 
That's what I struggle with as well, I'm always fighting myself, I could keep it easy and run 300mg of all three of my injectables or I could do what inwas originally gonna do and keep test at 300 primo & eq at 400 each, im always back and forth

The worst part is your mind playing games with you. Always wondering if this is right or if this needs changing. Its pretty damn close and not far from what I originally planned. Just fine tuning things before I am too far into the cycle. Still on week 1 of 16 so all is good.
