Did a set of incline and flat bench db just to see what it would feel like. Shoulder felt good so might start doing heavy DB presses next week.
 
Todays bodyweight is 252.3. I am taking the low of the day each day so its consistent with how i've been measuring for the last 7 months. Muscles are really starting to fill out. Had about 400 grams protein yesterday. Today I have had about 200 grams so will be closer to 325-350 grams by days end. Carbs are really low so far but might increase and bump it at the end of the day with tacos. I seem to get much better sleep when all my carbs are eaten close to bed. Will most likely be about 150 grams carbs total for the day. Tomorrow is deadlifting. Should be around 500 lbs for a 5x5 followed by rows and pulldowns. Will be eating a lot of carbs for the next 4 days in a row. Want to take advantage of the IGF-1 LR3 shuttling nutrients into the muscle. Probably around 500 per day since we will be lifting 3 of the next 4 days. Might even be 4 in a row all depends on how things look and feel.

Decided to back off today and do less volume. Could have done more reps and sets on the pause squats but kind of felt like a deload day. I do deloads radically different than most. I just do less reps and sets and call it a deload every once in a while. Easily could have done a 5x5 but felt like the body needed to rest as the shoulder and hips are a little jacked. Feels good to be eating up to and over 3000 cals per day. I love waffles and egg sandwiches. I feel as though this bulk is going in the right direction. Zero water retention and all lean muscle gains. Weights feel easy with alot of reps left in the tank. Happy lifting and heres to big gains in 2024!!!

I can chime in here. It’s highly effective. I was on Mounjato for 12 months (then insurance stopped covering it) . I started at 2.5-5-7.5-10-12.5-15mg once a week. I lost 20 pounds in 12 days and 30 pounds in 28 days. I stopped from 268 to 238 my first month.
I simply wasn’t hungry and I ate very clean (junk food isn’t appealing when you’re on it). Without insurance coverage, it is $1100-1200 a month (4 injections $

Just went ultra easy today and give body a break again. Cycle is over so no reason to damage anything since no growth is going to happen for a while anyway. Tomorrow is Chest/Tris so will most likely hit it harder tomorrow but will stay much lighter with higher reps in the 15 range. Diet is going back to maintenance for now and maybe slightly below on most days. Need to tighten up and get healthy now. Less carbs and less meals as well. Hoping to stay in the 2000-2200 cal per day range.

True but you wont keep any new muscle if you go lighter than what grew it. Have a few days easy but get to 80% of where you was right after

Feel pretty good considering I am only on TRT and 3IU GH. I expect the weight to come off pretty dramatically over the next couple weeks as I lower carbs and protein back down again and go into a deficit. Protein target will be aprox 200 grams per day and carbs will target about 250 grams on lifting days and 125 on non lifting days. Will also start doing cardio again on off days. Looking to be under 260 lbs by middle of the month if not sooner. Strength is still there. Got out 3 sets of 15 on HS chest press with 20 more lbs this week over last week with the same volume. Ok everyone have a good finish to the week ahead. Get strong and huge!!!

dont go too high on carbs go low carbs and you'll cut up, you can easily go under 150 /50

If you go back and re read my starting point end of Feb u will notice the massive strength increases til now. I think it is just catching up to me and hitting me like a ton of bricks.

Will see but ive been on it for 8 months and only started getting issues once I changed to MAG grip on pulling which is why I beloeve it’s the grip and 30% strength increases causing it.

I am in shock that my strength is going up still. Even though I have increased my reps to 15 I can keep on increasing weight even while being in a health phase off cycle. Shoulder still feels great!!! Triceps and delts really got pumped hard today. Incredible size gains that just keep on coming. I cant imagine how much more size I will gain over the rest of this year. Absolutely amazed with the progress I am going through. As long as I can stay healthy the sky is limit. I attribute my success to using small amounts of PED compared to everyone else. Your only as good as you are when you are off everything. When you use small amounts you dont crash when you come off. A lesson to everyone on here. Anyway have a great weekend everyone. Tomorrow I rest and eat ribs I found on sale mismarked. Paid less than $4 for 4.5 lbs of prepared ribs that cook inside a bag. Score!!!!

Another light leg session today. Was close to failure on my Cybex Leg Press on the last set. Probably would have failed at rep 19 had I tried. Last set of Hack Squats I probably was near failure as well. Had a really good burn going in the quads today. They were hard as a rock. Will stay at this higher rep range with lower weights until my cycle starts the middle of July. Have to give the body rest so I can start pounding it again for a 8-10 week cycle.
