Revised Diet .... Pintoca and Daisy

I never said I was against Atkins.

Yes, people lose a lot of weight on it. You also can lose a lot of weight by eating some carbs. It is all about moderation. If you feel Atkins is the way to go for you, then do it. I personally do not think anything is healthy when it has you totally cut out a whole food group.

When you plan a diet, you need to think long term. Atkins is not something that makes sense long term.

If you are going to choose a pre-set diet, I would vote for South Beach before Atkins.

Ohhh , ok ... thanks Daisy! Your awesome!

You could opt for safflower mayo. It tastes like shit but is very good for you. Use it like any other efa though cause it's a full 12-14 gr. fat per tbsp.

Also what Daisy said add some carbs. Get your baseline diet down first before you start cutting out carbs.

Only when you are ready for that final push should you consider advanced dieting and never for very long. Are you to that point. < 8%

Till then work hard in the gym and be spot on with eating every 2-3 hours. That's the real secret of speeding your metabolism.

Forget the mayo Bro, Loaded with fat and cals and carbs whatever kind you choose. Even used sparingly in a tuna mayo itll add 140 cals in to the mix.

Yes it will add 100 + calories but it will also keep ya less hungry longer. The more fat something has the longer it takes to be digested and thus makes you satisfied for longer.

But how much of it is SATURATED FAT? Or TRANS FAT? These are UNHEALTHY fats.

You want your fat source to be unsaturated - mono or poly unsaturated.

I bet the mayo is mostly saturated or trans fat - check the ingredient label.
