Ended up having to help someone out today and was driving most of the day.
Other than some fasted cardio on the rower this morning I wasn’t able to get any training in. I need to work up to longer fasted cardio in the morning but is going to take a while.
Even though my calorie goal is a deficit I still ate under that today, guts are really sore from yesterday so is very hard to eat now.
Will try and get some training in tomorrow.
