What I did to help my lower back so I was ready to go for new 8 week bulking program
-stretching daily
-situps + extensions
-pillow under hips
-new mattress
-good posture through day
Thanks to everyone for good advice
ALso I wore my belt really tight and that helped alot during barbell rows
