Rate my bodybuilding plan please... (Took me a while to tailor a bulking plan for me)

I have started bodybuilding (Weight lifting) last few months and got busy so I stopped for 2 months and now I am back on track. This time I am fixing what went wrong last time.

Goal: Bulking up (Adding 30 - 50 pounds of mass at fastest way possible)

Status: 5' 6" at 121 lbs , no lifting experience age 19

Workout: I am using Vince Delmonte's workout program. Which consist of full body workout three days a week and involves compound exercises such as deadlifts and squats and pullups ..etc. So I train one day and rest the next day.

Diet: My goal is 5000 CLEAN calories per day. I use powershakes to help me because it would be impossible to take them naturally. So 3 three real meals a day and three powershakes.


Mohd's Powershake:
- 2 scopes of Protien Powder (40 Grams of protein) (200 Cals)
- 2 Tb natural peanutbutter. (200 cals)
- one banana. ( 100 cals)
- 3 cups of milk. (200 cals)
- Oats. ( 100 cals )

Total = 800 Calories, that's 2400 calories from the protien shakes alone leaving about 2200 from three meals.

On my workouts day, I take carbs shake (Oats & Banana & one scope of protien powder) before workout and during the workout I drink grape juice and after I have a post- drink or post-meal.

Suppliments: Multivitamin caps, protien powder, creatine (Cell-tech), Gluthamine, Nitric Oxide Synthisis, Some aminos to help release growth hormones (L-Argnine & L-Lysine).

Sleep: 8 hours a day.

Cardio
: 30 minutes three days a week. (Swimming)

How much gain do I expect per month? Do I need any suppliments? Do you recommend that I add anything?

I have used Vince delmonde also program for about 16 weeks. I can tell you, when you give 100% in it and eat large it really transforms your body. It did to mine but i repeat you must step in the gym and look it as a battlefield. no hassling around just lift and do it hard.

The program i guarantee it works.

On yout bulking period in my opinion especially you that you dont have any experience, you dont need any supplements just maybe a whey protein. The rest you must take them from whole foods and mother nature like cottage cheese, tuna, eggs,oats, chicken, beef. Beacuse you want to bulk up though you must eat large. Dont worry about eating fats also. in order to boost your metabolism you must intake large quantities of food and you worry about the fat later.

If you stick to any good plan at first it will show results. Changing your eating,training and shit for the better (better then it used to be) will start to change any ones life and body... Any half way good diet and program when stuck to for long will give results. So I say just stick to it and see if the results come for you. If they don't then change it. If they do stick with it till they stop and then change it....

Record everything though from start to finish. Record every thought,meal,work out, feeling every thing you can so you can always look back on it.

Especially because you're young. Just watch your form. The weights will come. Do the reps right and clean and you'll move up through the weights. The biggest mistake I see young people make is trying to lift too much and not doing it right. Study the exercises and learn to do them right. Keep a good log so you can see your progress on paper. Thank you guys for the input was really helpful :D I am gonna throw out Big Blast and Unleashed into my routine! Unleashed to increase natural test and Big Blast to build up muscles. What do you think?

i came from stats pretty similar to yours 110 @5'5 maybe 17%bf, now im at 155 8-9%... i think you dont need to worry about eating as clean as possible to get in more calories from REAL food... 3 shakes a day is too much imo... i have gotten my best results off of one shake at the most... and not using powder either as i dont think your body uses it as well as real food... just my opinion from trial and error and what has worked from me... im sure there are some that get great results from shakes, but i think imo they would do better with real food... @121lbs you should just try to eat everything in sight... currently i am eating about 4000k and the more i eat the leaner i have gotter... clean calories or not... you can always loose body fat later on, but i doubt you will get real fat because the more the muscle you gain, the more your metabolic rate will go up...
i started on a 6 day split chest/tri back/bi legs/shoulders 2xweek and got shit results compared to 3 days composed of mostly compound lifts... look into the 5x5 program... drink your milk... and good luck...

also dont worry about supplements yet...
a good shake would be...
2 cups WHOLE milk
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup oats
bannana
2tbs peanut butter
ice cream or chocolate flavored powder
but your shake looks good too... just sharing ideas...
