I've read and noticed that a lot of you like to go several days with ultra-low carbs/ higher fat, then a day or two of high carbs to loose fat. I've also read that one of the favorite fats of choice is peanut butter (or peanuts). My qeestion is this:
If I do 0 carbs for 5 days, then high carbs for one or two, and the peanuts are the only source of fat and carbs (4 g per serving, I think), how much can I eat and not slow fat loss? I'm eating @ 350g protein and doing cardio for 40 min, 3x per day.
