Don't forget that milk contains a lot of saturated fat which is not good for your health in large amounts.
That's actually not factually correct.
While milk fat is roughly 65% saturated fats, the saturated fats in milk are short chained carbon rings..roughly 4 to 8 chains. It's long chain fatty acids that can cause heart disease.
Milk is mostly essential fatty acids with milk fat volume being roughly 4% of each gallon. The various process needed to create butter, cheese, and other milk based products is what begins to add longer chained fatty acids to the mix.
Fat is also related to how the cows are fed. We use organic feed and natural pasture grains in our cows. Hence, lower saturated fats to begin with.
