jimmy04 New member May 29, 2009 #1 im on a lowe carb diet and trained delts tri's and c.v. had no pw cabs and by the time i got home from the gym and was set to eat it was 9.30-10pm so just had some chkn n pnut butter. is it as importan to have pw carbs if your on lowe crbs?
