pull-up

I need a little help with my back...

I want to do more body weight exercises. So I'm currently doing wide grip pull-ups.

No there is another exercise were your hands are closer together maybe 6 inches apart, and your palms face together. Is this the same as a cable row or is it more bicep related?

Thanks

Any kind of pullup or chin is basically a version of a row. I do both the wide-grip and close-grip chins. Most guys on here say the wide-grip chins are best for wide lats, but I like both of them.

Also, pretty much all row excercises will hit your bis.

Wide-grip chins are an excellent overall lat builder which I would suggest continuing to use regularly. Another great exercise is bentover ez-bar rows (Yates style).. you simply take an underhand shoulder-width grip on an ez-curl bar and row the bar to your waistline.. Good exercise for back development. And of course- nothing beats heavy deadlifts.. many agree that heavy deads are #1 for packing size and mass onto your back.

:D:D
Good luck!

nothing like deadlifts and t-bar rows
