Protein shake natty peanut butter

If your main goal was to lose bodyfat would u add natty peanut butter to your shake or would oj be fine. I am trying to limit my carbs but im assuming the shake with oj would be fine after a workout and then the shake with natty peanut butter for the other two shakew in the day.
 
You'd be better off getting some dextrose to take in your post-workout shake....Orange juice (fructose) won't spike your insulin fast enough.

Aside from Post workout, PB would be great to add to you other shakes when cutting.
