about an hour or so before i hit the gym, ill eat a powerbar performance (3g fat, 45g carbs, 9-10g protein, between 220-240calories depends on which flavor you get), but i has 22g complex carbs and and its loaded with vitamins and has amino acids, thats why i like eating them, i feel a big differnce in weight lifting once i hit that one hour of working, but would you guys eat one of these on a workout day,or am i just wasting my money? in your opinion
