Please review my clean bulk diet

I am currently in the process of revsing my clean bulk diet.

Please take a look at what im currently eating and let me know any amendments i should be making.

7:30am Breakfast

60g Oatmeal
40g Chocolate Whey
2 Slice Wholemeal bread

9:30am Snack

2 Slices Wholemeal Bread
6 slices wafer thin ham

11:30am Shake

40g Chocolate Whey mixed with water
5-10ml flaxseed oil

1:30 Lunch

1 Large Baked Potato (no Butter)
1 can Tuna in water

4:00pm

1 Protein Bar

7:00pm Dinner

250g very lean ground beef (5g fat per 100g)
150g wholewheat spaghetti
220g bolognese sauce

Workout around 9pm for 1 hour

10:00pm PWO Shake

40g whey
70g dextrose

11:00pm snack

handful of Almonds
5 slices ham
tin of tuna

I have calculated the above gives me approx 3750 calories and 306 grams of protein.

I am currently taking creatine and drinking around 2-3 litres of water per day.

I lift for approx 1 hour per night and between 4-5 nights per week.

I am currently 210lb, 5'11" tall and im looking to get to around 220lb.

i have a small amount of fat around my midsection which i would ideally like to get rid of while bulking!

I think this is getting closer to an ideal diet for me, but as i said please feel free to make amendments etc!
