I hope not... I do understand what you mean, but when we're trying to get clean calories in it's much harder.
Or are you simply saying eating a few (or one) unconventional meal (out of 6) a day to give your "calories" a boost would be beneficial? Even if it would spike insulin levels? ... just trying to understand.
I need to learn more about "clean" bulking because I did NOT do it correctly on my own before and put on too much fat.
