omg i am so sick of eating.

3,800 cals a day and i feel like i am going to puck with evry meal and shack.
but i still need to fit in more cales.
last night i set my allarm for 2am and 4am so i could wake up and eat more.
god how do people eat 5 6 7 or even 8000 cals in a day.3800 and i just cant eat another bite.
 
big mac's can give you that 1,000 calorie boost easily... just kidding, those are nasty and unhealthy to say the least.

I've heard B12 helps with increaseing one's appetite.

Train harder... you're body will want to eat more to recover when you've pushed your body past it's limits... it's pretty instinctual that way.

I hope some bros have other ideas for you, Good Luck!

i train hard bro.very hard.1 1/2 5 days a week.and some times more if my body feels right.

wonder if b-12 is all that people make it out too be.
 
I wasn't trying to down play the way you train at all bro (no clue how you do), don't take it as a "put down."

Just assess the way you are training, maybe something needs to be modified... more isn't better unless you're eating more (which you're trying to do) and sleeping more. How's your rest schedule? I noticed you get up twice a night, are your muscles and CNS feeling rested, ect?

Oh, there's a great post somewhere about this guy that makes a shake in the a.m. that's about 1,700 calories... and drinks 8 cups of it throughout the day to his bulk schedule. Something like that might do the trick. I'll look for it and post the link.

o i dident take it the wrong way bro.i knew what you ment.i was just letting you know it wasent that.
i get about 8 to 10 hours of sleep.so it cant be that.i gess i could drink more shackes but i realy want as much of my cals to come from hole food as posible.
 
I hear ya man eating every 2 hours or so and i wana yack half the time.. last night ate just tuna by itself ugh that one was tough

well i walk up at 230 in the morning and hade a 1/2 lb of terky breast.so shit i dont know.gess i can count that as todays calles.
