My kids are out of school. They are ages 4,6 and 8. SO my workouts, housework and everything else is WAY OUT OF CONTROL I can't get to the gym every day as planned on some weeks..some weeks I can..It depends on "their" schedule....so any ideas so I don't fall off the wagon...Do you think I can combine some body parts on the weeks I can't there everyday? I'm a mess today just a mess
