OK... I've got a training camp next week, which means...

I'll be at around 7 hours of cardio daily, for all of next week.

Fencing is semi anaerobic, I mean it gives good development in legs/arm (yeah, thats not plural for a reason) and lowback, but after doing it for seven hours you can bet it's pretty damn catabolic.

I need some advice on how to make this week the least catabolic I can. I started creatine last monday, and I eat a fucking tonne, but with the food my family has I have trouble putting on weight as it is. Would it be wise to maybe go out to mcdonalds or find some friends and go out for a huge ass dinner after this?

I'm not planning on lifting next week, seeing as after I fence my extensors hurt so much I can only move my hand in certain directions, not to mention the cramps in my legs every step I take, but if you guys recommend it I might do an exercise or two.

any advice is welcome and very much appreciated.

oh yeah, and to top it off, I asked my parents to pick up some weight gainer and they got me some isopure zero carb. lol. i just add a banana to it for carbs, any ideas as to what I could add to it? peanut butter maybe?

pack glutamine as it helps recover muscles and it's anticatabolic... there are some carb drink or carb bars, a pack of honey... and be sure to eat and rest right after your training ends.

hope this helps

You can always add oatmeal and honey to your shakes...

Just eat all that you can whenever you can. Remember that junk food is better than no food.

Good luck!!!
