Off diet all weekend

It's OK! As long as you're moving 2 steps forward and only 1 step back, don't feel bad. Once you reach your goal, it's not going to matter how fast you did it, but rather that you can maintain it. It takes some time to adapt to this lifestyle. Don't be too hard on yourself if you're not 100% perfect everytime, just keep trying to make small improvements over time.

It gets easier, and there will come a time when you start to lose your taste for a lot of the "bad" foods. Just don't make your diet so bland and boring that you're constantly fantasizing about cheating. My diet is designed to allow for a little more freedom on the weekend. Besides, Monday is leg day and I need the extra fuel for that.

Eating bad once in a while is no big deal..actually can help..but its when your bad day turns into several days..weeks and then months! Thats when you can get into trouble!

Mine happened today with a peanut butter and banana sandwich that progressed into worse food!! Kraftdinner! You know KD is not worth cheating for, but hey!

Maybe it's the "Oh, I'm just gonna polish off this Halloween candy over the weekend, and start over on Monday" mentality.

That's it! Today the diet is much better.

kel :)

Est, from your other post it is obvious why you cheated, you are not eating enough during the week which puts you at high risk of falling off at the weekend.
