just wondering if you think this looks ok. im training especially for size.
MON - BREAK
TUES - Chest/Tris
WED - Back/Shoulders
THURS - BRAEK
FRI - Legs/Bis
SAT - Chest/Tris
SUN - Back/Shoulders
MON - BREAK
TUES - Legs/Bis
WED - Chest/Tris
THURS - BREAK
FRI - Back/Shoulders
SAT - Legs/Bis
SUN - BREAK
MON - REPEAT (with break)
this makes it training each body part 3 times every 2 weeks. each body part every 5 days. with 8 days break after each 2nd week.
is at 8 days break to much? cos i could get rid of the 2nd to last break and but chest/tris and then continue.
(i cant train mondays)
