Ok.. i posted about a month and a half ago about a vegan diet, but have since dismissed that after talking to a trainer friend. =) (he talked me out of it) I have 6 weeks till my brothers wedding and i want those pictures...that are FOREVER to look great! LOL! So this is my plan...(by tha way i am still vegetarian)
Training: monday- back and bi's+ 1 hour cArdio.
Tuesday- a.m. cardio 1 hour on empty stomach
wednesday- chest,tri's+shoulders+ 1 hour cardio
thursday-a.m. cardio 1 hour on empty stomach
friday- legs+calves+ ab's + 1 hour cardio
saturday-a.m. cardio 1 hour on empty stomach
sunday- off

Diet: on morning's i train with weights...
before work out...1st meal: 1/2 cup oats, 4 egg whites, small piece of fruit.
* Weights+ cardio
2nd meal: post workout shake, whey with water.
3rd meal: 4 egg whites+ green veggie's+ efa's
4th meal:whey proyein shake with water.
5th meal: salad with 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese and veggie patty. vinegar for dressing and efa's.

On JUST cardio days: skip 1st meal....and follow same eating plan rest of tha day.
........ I am 25, 5'4" think im around 140? and bf%? unsure of (i dont weigh myself because ...im in therapy for bulimia + bi-polar disorder) Im very muscular, been training for 3 years, but i want to lean up...(in 6 weeks=) so.... any feed back would be SWELL ;) thanks guys/gals
 
you are missing the carbs on your PWO shake... If its only whey+water, you are missing the "insuline spike".

can you get dextrose or maltodextine? Check online for it.

From the cardio alone, you WILL lose weight. Any ideas how many cals is all this?
 
so buffer.. you think it looks pretty good? and pintoca... is it ok to use oats and berries in my pwo shake? Not sure on tha calories, im going to do the math today =)
