Sorry I didnt know what all to write about to let people know about me, I have not did to much APF meet , I have did USPF and IPA out of state.
I just got back from the gym I was benching in my new 3ply shirt ..Its awesome you have to cut the back out and pull it way down ..If anyone needs advise about bench shirts Im the man.. I not all that knowledgalbe about hot to discuss, Im figuring all the stuff out now, also I just got back from living in mexico for along time thats where I did all the stuff in my previous post, If anyone is upset about it... sorry .. I'm learning
