Need some advice asap

Ok so next Tuesday i have to go do my military physical. I'm sure i will pass it but i would like to go in looking the best i can. I have to do the military's version of a Body Fat Ratio test, Which is taking the waist circumference around the navel and subtracting the necks circumference from it. There is a small little math added to that afterwards.

I want to take the rest of the time up till tuesday to lose as much weight and waist circumference as possible. This doesnt need to be anything permanent. I just need them both as low as possible for tuesday. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

O, Also there is no real physical activity to it so i know one thing i need to do is cut out as much water weight as possible. But im not sure how to go about that either.
 
well considering you dont need to worry about msucle fullness. I would just cut out all carbs for a week. Your neck shouldn't shrink very much especially in relation to your waste.
 
BOARDIN087 gave you the best advice you're going to get. Maybe decrease your daily water intake as well, probably to about a gallon or so.
