Ok so next Tuesday i have to go do my military physical. I'm sure i will pass it but i would like to go in looking the best i can. I have to do the military's version of a Body Fat Ratio test, Which is taking the waist circumference around the navel and subtracting the necks circumference from it. There is a small little math added to that afterwards.
I want to take the rest of the time up till tuesday to lose as much weight and waist circumference as possible. This doesnt need to be anything permanent. I just need them both as low as possible for tuesday. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
O, Also there is no real physical activity to it so i know one thing i need to do is cut out as much water weight as possible. But im not sure how to go about that either.
