I do cardio 5-6 days a week weight train 3 days. 5-6 days abs.
Typical Diet:
Breakfast: 3 egg whites, 45 cal cheese, 2 slice turkey bacon, 1 slice whole wheat bread
Lunch: 3 oz chicken or fish and 1 cup of broccoli, Brussel sprouts or asparagus.
Snack: yogurt or cottage cheese and blueberries
Dinner: 3 oz chicken or fish and 1 cup of broccoli, Brussel sprouts or asparagus.
Basically I've plateaued I believe. How do I break this. Any suggestions on supplements preferably without stimulants. I have belly fat I need to get rid of . I have about 15lbs to go
