HEY EVERYONE. JUST TO LET YA KNOW, IM STARTING MY CUT CYCLE NEXT WK, AND MY DIET IS GOING GREAT. THE THING IM HAVING MAJOR PROBLEMS ON IS MY CARDIO. BASICALLY IVE NEVER DONE MUCH CARDIO BEFORE IN MY LIFE. THIS IS MY FIRST CUT CYCLE. IM 5 FT 6, 221LBS, 17% BODY FAT. IT JUST SEEMS THIS WK SINCE IVE STARTED CARDIO SESSIONS, ABOUT 15 MIN INTO MY CARDIO, MY SHINS GET SOO FUCKING SORE AND I HAVE TO STOP. THE PAIN IS PRETTY BAD TO WHERE I CANT JUST IGNORE IT AND GO ON IN MY CARDIO SESSION. THIS IS HORRIBLE BECAUSE I NEED TO DO CARDIO SOO BAD. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO GET MY CARDIO ON THE BALL WITHOUT MY SHINS BEING TOO SORE? ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED.
THANKS!!

~~AARON

go to www.roadrunnersports.com and check out what running shoes are the best for you. heavy runners like yourself put a good pounding on your lower extremities.

and always remember to stretch your shins before you exercise. most people stretch quads, hams, and calves. and that's it. you also might want to think about strengthening exercises like toe raises. it will help out in the long run.

btw, in my opinion,(you may already know this)running outside or around a track along with sprints and bleacher workouts beat hours on a treadmill. just thought i'd throw that in there. BAN THE TREADMILL!

for got to mention, if the pain continues after you stop working out. go pick yourself up some Aleve(which contains Naproxen Sodium). you can safely double the dosage to 2 tablets daily. continue treatment for a week. apply heat at night.
