Early lunch
1 cup brown rice
200-250 g skinless chicken breast
Lunch
1 cup brown rice
250g basa fish fillet no skin
1 apple
Post work out
Protein shake
Fruit
Dinner
Usually chicken steak and veggies
Before bed
Casein shake
