For about the last 6 months i have been bulking and now im kinda in a hole because im not looking that good with my shirt off. With my shirt on i look pretty good but that dosnt matter. Im 6'0 210lbs all i want is to look in better shape. Im nnot looking to get totally shredded because i kinda like the bulky look on me. Two months ago my Bf% was 15. I want to maybe weigh around 190, tearig off some my unwanted fat around my wasite. How many days a week should i do cardio and how long and what kind of cardio. Keep in mind that i dont want to be totally ripped jsut ecnough to look a bit fitter
