The tabs are cheap too, but the powder is extremely cheap. I've been meaning to buy a bunch of the powder, but haven't gotten around to it. Luckily dryer autumn weather is coming fast and I'm not having much of a problem with acne.

Powder tastes bloody horrendous.

No way you're going to mask it with a shake.

1000mg caps is the way to go. 10/day.

I have been using 8 grams a day w/ 6 guggolbolic caps... my skin has cleared up nicely.
