just been checkin out the competition. There are some monster aas cycles put together there! Apart from myself and Kev I've only seen one other person training natty! Damn... There's gonna be some monsters about by the end of this.
I'm turning this thread into "my training Kev log" for the duration of the contest. I really don't know what to do here. He really out to have entered "biggest loser" on TV where a bunch of fatties try to see who can lose the most weight in x amount of time. Don't get me wrong, I love the big guy to bits, one of my tightest bros but he is murder for cardio, it's like trying to get a mule to do what it's told! He's got a choice, 15 mins stationary bike then 5x3 minute rounds on the heavy bag with me calling the shots OR 15 mins stationary bike, 15 mins elliptical then 15 mins rowing machine.
He was calling me the sergeant major today because I wouldn't let him quit when he was tired. Tomorrow is just cardio for him and myself so I'm gonna do my 1,5,1 training on the kick bag and then I'm gonna get Kev doing the same on the punch bag.
that'll be about 32 mins total I believe!
He's gonna hate me cos I'll be beasting him through it and forcing him to eat but by th etime I'm finished, if I can get him into any kind of decent shape...... fck, I'll be the best trainer in the world! LOL! as if.... Still gonna try though.
He's actually got a f***in 'ard punch and fast hands, I think I'll teach him to box. I gotta keep his interest up somehow and he could be fairly decent with a bit of training.
