look pretty good, i got sorta the same body type but shorter and leaner...5'10 200 and growing really fast but same type size...for now haha....hit up the old test/fina/winny...havent tried it but it looks really good from that people say
You look diesel bro, but you need to pump up your chest its lookin kinda flat. My legs will not respond no matter how I blast them?? Other than that you look like a big sob.
How'd you guess? I hate doing abs. I haven't done them in months. Guess I should start them back up again along with my cardio work.

What are some good moves for thickening the chest and back areas?
Currently I only do flat, then incline bench. For a total of 8 sets for both flat and incline. Sometimes I'll reverse the sequence.
For back I only do pull downs to the front, then either cable rows or hammer mach. rows - 8 sets total/4 each
then some pull downs at the high cable with locked elbows.
