you're a pretty big S.O.B.....imho...you need to work on your shoulders, chest, and legs. After you develope those, you'll be a bad mutha fucka!!! Keep up the Good work!!!

..... carbs! I know it's terrible, but I eat way to many carbs. I think it would help me if I cut some carbs out of my diet (half) and hit some cardio.
Personally, I like my shoulders/traps the most.....I think they look better than in the pics.
all I do for traps is straight bar shrugs with wrist straps. If I go to the gold's gym, I'll use the shrug machine. With the straight bar, I do 4 - 5 sets heavy- 1 set 315 x12, 2 sets 405x10, 1 set 455x6-8, 1 set 315x12 - to finish with a great pump. Strict form, no use of biceps and no bouncing of legs. I don't use circular motions either - straight up - straight down. I do this once a week as with all my exercises.
Looking good bro, I am wanting to get my traps like yours. I am having great success this bulking cycle with gains in shoulders and traps...so hopefully soon they will be popping up like yours.
I agree with serge .as far as legs you may have to do like me-mine will not respond unless i blast the living hell outta them once a week..............RADAR
You look good. Very nice shoulders and bi`s. Looks like the back is nice and thick also. With your frame, blast those thighs and they will come in just fine. Overall, very good work.
