I just started my diet and I'm now actually 9 weeks and 5 days out. Sat. I got my points done and I was 174lbs. and 9.3%bf. But I'm going to be competing at 154lbs., so I won't have to worry about losing too much muscle. Here's my diet; for now at least:
Meal 1- 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 5oz. lean beef, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2- 3 scoops Ultra Size, 2oz. Heavy whipping cream, 12oz.water
Meal 3- 8oz.lean meat(chicken, turkey), 6oz.sweet potato, 2 cups veg., 2tbsp. low cal. dressing
Meal 4- same as meal 2
Meal 5- 8oz. beef, 1 1/2 cups veg.
Meal 6- 4oz. beef, 4oz. chicken, apple
I'm also taking a vitamin super pak in the morning, and 6 Ultra 40's each meal, 4 Mass aminos each meal, 15 BCAAs during training, and Glutamine Select post training and before bed.
