im still a newbie when it comes to putting my own diet together but i tried..im 5'2 115 lbs goals r getting tighttt n toned..go to the gym 4x week..please feel free to add anything in or change it up a bit thnx a lot
meal 1-egg white omlette with oatmeal
meal 2-chicken breast with brown rice
meal 3-lean steak with yams
meal 4-grilled chicken with salad and a tblsp. of olive oil and white vinegar as dressing
meal 5-chicken with salad
if im unable to eat 5 meals..ill eat 3 and substitute the other w/protein shakes..like i said help me out if ude like..
