use the lowfat butter type spray stuff on it... the i can believe it's not butter stuff... it's not that bad, or use spices on it. cutting calories in half will make you hungry and may cause to your body to catabloize some muscle too.
2 cups of oatmeal keeps you going for 3 hours. Then eat again. I do that shit 5-6 times when I'm dieting. Easiest diet there is. Actually, I eat oatmeal all the time. lol.
No it's not "rye". You heat up some water and put it in the hot water then boil it for 1 min. "øllebrød" a powder! but it's got the same colour as "rye"
