Since it has been two month on a cutter I thought I would look at what my diet would look like next week when I start an 8 week bulker..
I chose to use simple but un-clean foods for an example (red meat, bread, etc) and I think it still turned out pretty good.
Total cal 3774
Protien 262g
Fat 161g
Carbs 297g
Fiber 35g
40% fat/40% carbs/30% protein
This is with a two egg omlette with cheese and tomato cooked in oil with 1/2 a bagel, and a whey shake w/flax for breakfast.
Mid morn snack of N-large (2 scoops)
Lunch of 1 1/2 tuna sandwiches and an apple
Mid afternoon Whey shake
PW N-Large shake (2 scoops)
Dinner two 1/4 pound cheeseburgers and 1/2 can of refried beans with another whey shake
snack bagel chips with hummus - almonds
I know this could be cleaned up considerably, and it will be, but this is just typical diet, not really working hard at all...When brown rice, cottage cheese, oatmeal, vegatables, chicken and fish are thrown in there, it will look even better...
Bulking rules. I am hungry already...
